Born and raised in San Diego, Herman has lived in San Diego County his entire life.  This has provided him with an extensive familiarity with the neighborhoods in the county.  Over the years, Herman has demonstrated a high level ability to plan, organize, and communicate with customers, while focusing on the bottom line of business and customer satisfaction.

With the knowledge of 20+ years in business management and over 6+ years in construction, Herman's guiding principles are; responsiveness and quality of service.  His goal is not only to satisfy, but to delight his customers.
