Erika was born and raised in North San Diego County and is bilingual in English & Spanish. She
graduated as a first generation Latina from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with her
Bachelor's of Science in Finance, Real Estate, and law.

Motivated with her passion to help others create generational wealth for their family through
homeownership, Erika pursued a career in Real Estate. She recognizes and values the trust her

working out, chasing the sun/sunset at the beach, spending time with her family, and giving lots
of cuddles to her fur baby Lola.
